PRESSQUOTES

LUISTER

Compositions that manage to captivate the listener by their unexpected influences of other elements from the history of music and a greatly varied language of tone, remaining within the limits of minimalism.

TEXTURA

The music progresses with fearless determination, taking multiple peaks and valleys in its long journey. The material glows as the interlocking patterns escalate in volume and intensity. The piece becomes increasingly hypnotic as piano layers are added in this composition that towers above the rest.

KLASSIEKE ZAKEN

Eisenga is a real eclecticus and does with each style what he wants: the music history is his hunting area. His music is very accessible and of a generosity that has no borders.

PLATOMANIA

Enchanting and inspiring is the extraverted Les Chants Estivaux for four pianos, the summer is not to stop. Good vitamin for a long and severe winter. In Cloud Atlas we hear the introspective side. The music describes a place that nobody has seen, even the author of Cloud Atlas hasn’t. Discovering Eisenga through his works for piano is a must.

DAVID MITCHELL

Eisenga's composition is cheerful, transparent and it makes me homesick for a place I have never been before.
